Credit for prior study is usually assessed as part of the enrolling process once you've been accepted into a course.

The Faculty offers postgraduate degrees through coursework and research in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Fine Arts.
Architecture
- Master of Architecture (design) - develop an exhibition of architectural design, equivalent in scope to the schematic design of a building of major cultural significance.
- Master of Architecture (coursework) - an intensive program in design, technology, theory and professional practice, supported by a range of option units.
- Master of Architecture (research) - explore an aspect of architecture such as design, history, theory, conservation, computer programming, graphics, CAD or urban design.
- Master of Building Science - architects or environmental design graduates research aspects of building design.
- Master of Environmental Design - develop new areas of expertise in environmental design.
- Doctor of Architecture (design) - develop an exhibition of architectural design, equivalent in scope to the fully developed design of a building of major cultural significance.
- Doctor of Philosophy - make a substantial and original contribution to scholarship in architecture.
Fine Arts
- Master of Curatorial Studies in Fine Arts - for graduates wishing to enter the museum profession.
- Master of Fine Arts - create an exhibition of original artwork and a catalogue, as well as a thesis on an aspect of art theory, history or criticism.
- Doctor of Philosophy - make a substantial and original contribution to scholarship in fine arts.
Landscape Architecture
- Master of Landscape Architecture (coursework) - an intensive program in design, technology, theory and professional practice, supported by a range of option units.(N.B. Not available until 2015.)
- Master of Landscape Architecture (research) - explore the relationship of architecture to the environment.
- Doctor of Philosophy - make a substantial and original contribution to scholarship in landscape architecture.
Urban Design
Our courses are the first of their kind in Western Australia. They are designed to broaden the interdisciplinary scope of urban design work undertaken by architects, planners, landscape architects or professionals in related fields.
